Prints come double mounted with a white inner and coloured outer of your choice. The colour swatch shows the 5 standard colours that we offer. Please note that this colour swatch is a guide only and exact colours will vary from PC to PC. In our experience Apple Mac colours appear particularly vivid!

All artwork will be dispatched shrink wrapped in a film and placed inside a cardboard envelope.

To enjoy your picture in perfect condition we recommend that you avoid hanging drawings in direct sunlight.

1. This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods
2. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us through the Online Contact Form before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
3. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less (if for any reason the these costs have not been paid by you) the costs of delivery to us.
5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
* in the event that the product has been used
* to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
